Now let’s take a look at Walt Disney World’s rules concerning masks; here’s the official face covering policy from DisneyWorld.com
Check-in:
To aid in distancing efforts, please encourage your guests to do online check in. There is a link on the microsite (below) for online check in as well as a link in the My Disney Experience app.
Direct to Room:
To further minimize contact, once your guests have completed online check in they can go to the My Disney Experience app and request to be notified when the room is ready. Once ready, they will go to the “find room” feature, which will let them know their room number and the “unlock door feature” will open the door (simply touch the phone to the keypad on the door).
Magic Bands:
We no longer offer complimentary Magic Bands.
Guests can reuse bands they have previously used to their reservation on the My Disney Experience App. Guest who would like to order magic bands may do so online at the shopDisney app.
Guests who elect not to use the Direct to Room feature in the My Disney Experience app can get a key card by stopping at the front desk. Here is a link with additional information: Magic Band FAQs
Theme Park Tickets:
We have created a custom microsite for your group. It includes a link for our Meeting & Convention Tickets for your guests to order. Please note that your guests will need to make reservations to visit the theme park on their selected dates. They will need to go to the My Disney Experience App where they will be able to connect their ticket to their account and then make reservations.
