To all Triple Canopy PSO’s at the Ronald Reagan Building.

 

The NLRB mailed ballots to your home address on Monday, July 15, 2024. Please watch for them to arrive soon.

Please follow all the ballot return instructions to be sure your vote for SPFPA counts.  

NLRB BALLOT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

MARK YOUR BALLOT IN SECRET BY PLACING AN X IN THE SPFPA BOX.

DO NOT SIGN OR WRITE YOUR NAME OR INCLUDE OTHER MARKINGS

THAT WOULD REVEAL YOUR IDENTITY.

VOTE FOR SPFPA!

PUT YOUR BALLOT IN THE BLUE ENVELOPE AND SEAL THE ENVELOPE.

PUT THE BLUE ENVELOPE CONTAINING THE BALLOT INTO THE YELLOW ADDRESSED RETURN ENVELOPE.

SIGN THE BACK OF THE YELLOW RETURN ENVELOPE IN THE SPACE PROVIDED. TO BE COUNTED,

THE YELLOW RETURN ENVELOPE MUST BE SIGNED.

The NLRB found GUSP guilty of violating PSO's rights by forcing them to pay dues. This was done even after the PSO's voted in a NLRB election to stop paying.
