This unit falls under the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (public sector), which processes representation petitions slower than the National Labor Relations Board (private sector).
This delay, coupled with constant pressure from the employer that the group should fend for themselves at their made up version of the bargaining table, could wear any group down. However, the Uniontown officers stood united, and when it was finally time to vote, they won their election!
