Before the election, the union that represented the officers failed to submit a timely notice to initiate negotiations with the Employer, leaving the officers working without an updated contract for over six months.
As we await the NLRB’s certification of the election, we look forward to working together to negotiate the DMC Officer’s new collective bargaining agreement.
