When a group of Security Police Professionals reach out to SPFPA from a non-guard union, it’s often because there are major service issues. That’s where we shine. SPFPA is the largest union of its kind that exclusively represents Security Police Officers, and nearly all of our full-time representatives come from security or military backgrounds. We understand the unique challenges our members face because we’ve been in their shoes.
When the Officers at the Hoover Dam called the SPFPA International, Team SPFPA went into action. Region 3 Vice President Ryan Kelly and National Organizing Director Dwayne Phillips met with the group and launched a campaign to bring them the strong, focused representation they deserved.
It was our honor to work alongside our main site organizer, Officer Eldon “Andy” Anderson. His leadership, dedication, and guidance were invaluable throughout this campaign. Thank you, Andy, for being a major asset in making this success possible!
This victory is another reminder that when Security Police Officers stand together with SPFPA, they gain the voice, protection, and representation they deserve.
