A recent report by Bloomberg Law states that only two of the top 10 most-active unions saw a year-over-year boost in the number of employees they organized. Both represented government workers: AFSCME (which covers workers for state, county, and local governments) and the SPFPA (the Security, Police & Fire Professionals of America).
