Our Union Brother, PSO Wallace, a member of SPFPA Local 452, was shot multiple times by an active shooter trying to enter the building that he was guarding after it had closed for the day. PSO Wallace was able to return fire until the threat was neutralized. PSO Wallace’s heroic action saved the lives of the seven employees still working inside the office. PSO Osmand was also working inside the building during the shooting and called 911 while securing the seven employees. PSO Wallace’s bulletproof vest saved his life.
