While visiting our Local 102 members, we had the opportunity to check with one of our K-9 Handler members of Local 1430. Like his fellow Handlers nationwide, he and his K-9 partner are trained Explosive Detection specialists.
SPFPA is the only security police union that successfully represents K-9 Handlers. Just recently, a national unit of Firearms K-9 Handlers voted to join our K-9 Division.
