On March 26, 2025, The Security Professionals at SeaWorld Orlando, Florida, overwhelmingly voted to join our SPFPA Pride! Once the ballots were counted, unity won the day with 55 YES votes to only 16 No Votes.
The employer fought the Officers’ efforts to win a voice on the job at every turn. Holding intimidating one-on-one meetings and anti-union group meetings, they put out their one-sided propaganda, but all their self-serving efforts failed.
We believe the officers’ victory made them the first unionized group in the SeaWorld Corporation. We are proud of the unity and strength shown during the campaign and the election, and we welcome them all to our SPFPA Family. ONE UNION-ONE PRIDE!
