The Paragon Systems, Inc PSO’s in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa will receive the highest wage increase they have ever seen come December 1, 2023. Hawaii will receive a $3.00 raise while Guam, Saipan and American Samoa will receive a $2.25 cent raise. In addition to the above $0.75 cents from the health and welfare will now go directly into the Paragon PSO’s paycheck in Hawaii and $5.00 an hour will be paid directly in the paycheck for those in Guam, Saipan and American Samoa brining their total wage rate $27.65 an hour.

Current:
91-1300 Enterprise Ave, Kapolei, Hawaii: $29.25
All other Hawaii locations: $27.25
Effective December 1, 2023:
91-1300 Enterprise Ave, Kapolei, Hawaii: $32.25
All other Hawaii locations: $30.25
ARTICLE 15: HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS
Current:
Hawaii: $4.75 per hour, of which $4.25 per hour is diverted to the Company or Union Medical Plan and/or Retirement Plan and the remaining $0.50 is paid in the employee’s regular paycheck.
Effective December 1, 2023:
Hawaii: $5.00 per hour, of which $4.25 per hour, is diverted to the SPFPA Participating Employer Health and Welfare Plan (“SPFPA Plan”) and the remaining $0.75 is paid in the employee’s regular paycheck.
Your SPFPA negotiating committee has delivered on the wages and H&W and will continue to bargain for more as we continue negotiations for a new full-term CBA in the coming months focusing on all open items on the table.
