September 11, 2024: The Security Professionals at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. Like most employers, their employer responded to the union campaign with an aggressive union-busting agenda.
On election day, management members filled the room to watch the ballot count, believing they had won. The count started with a string of YES votes, and when the final ballot was revealed, the Officers had achieved a landslide victory, and management just quietly left the room.
