The purpose of this survey is to collect information to better understand your present working conditions.

Listed below are some items that have been discussed with your fellow K-9 Officers through Facebook Messenger, Phone conversations and Zoom Meetings. 

  1. No Pay Increases
  2. Pay Discrepancy from state to state
  3. Need to increase the K-9 care stipend 
  4. Travel Per Diem increases and proper mileage pay.
  5. Time Off  

 

DID YOU KNOW?   

Mandatory subjects are those that directly impact – wages, hours or working conditions (or terms and conditions of employment). These are subjects over which the parties must bargain if a proposal is made by either party.

K9EONU, IUSPFPA-PBA will work with your bargaining committee and craft proposals of the desired bargaining items, issues and concerns collected from Officers’ surveys and area representatives. The proposals will be presented during negotiations and will bargained over. It is important to the K9EONU, IUSPFPA-PBA that all Officers have an opportunity to have their voices heard.
