The upcoming Colorado All Union Agreement Election for Union Security is an incredibly important step toward securing a stronger, more unified future for all as members of the International Union SPFPA and its Local Union 904. This vote directly impacts the strength of your Local Union and your collective voice in the workplace. By voting YES, you are investing in the long-term success of your Local Union and ensuring that we continue to stand strong together.

Important Dates:

  • Ballots will be mailed to eligible voters on April 1, 2025.
  • The virtual count will occur at 10:00 a.m. on April 29, 2025. Ballots must be received before this time to be counted.

If you do not receive your ballot by April 8, 2025, or if you believe you are eligible but do not appear on the tentative voter list, please contact the Division immediately at cdle_laborrelations@state.co.us to ensure your vote is counted.
