Convention Registration

HOTEL REGISTRATION

– 1 submission per Delegate
– Delegates rooming together will each fill out a form
– Disney requires each occupant to be registered at the Yacht and Beach Club Resort
– Local pays for Sunday-Wednesday ONLY. Additional nights are NOT AVAILABLE through SPFPA room block
– 5 guests maximum per room

Fees and Rates and Card Info
– SPFPA Special room rate – $299/night + tax & resort fee
– An additional $35 per adult per night for over 2 adults in a room (adult is anyone ages 18+)
– The International is charging a $100 Conference processing fee per attendee (up to 5 attendees). Locals will not incur additional processing fees for more than five attendees.
– Fees or additional adult guests who are not delegates will be the responsibility of the individual. Cost will not be covered by SPFPA International or Local.
– Locals and guests that are not billed to the Master Account are required to provide a credit card to secure reservation.
– The credit card will not be charged at the time of reservation.
– For security purposes, you will receive a call from the International to obtain credit card information.
– If you have not heard from us after 5 days of your submission, please call the International.
– Personal Credit Card, cash or check required upon check-in for incidentals and/or room payment.
– ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH SPFPA INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS.

AIR TRAVEL REGISTRATION

GUESTS
– 1 form submission per guest (ages 3+)
– The guest form will be available upon completing the form and pressing submit
– Costs for guest travel will not be covered by SPFPA International or Local funds

Fees and Rates
– YOU will need to contact AAA to set up your airline travel reservation (after confirmation email from SPFPA is received)
– AAA Business Hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.
– AAA Corporate DOES NOT MAKE OUTGOING CALLS, you will need to contact them once you receive email notification.
– After-hour calls (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST) will be subject to $15.00 service fee per phone call and should only be made as a last resort.
– If you attempt to contact AAA Corporate before they receive your approved Airline Travel Request, they will not be able to assist you.
– If Escrowed, the cost for airfare and service fee(s) will be recovered from your Local’s escrow.
– NOTE: Baggage fees and airport parking fees are not paid in advance. Save your receipts and submit a voucher for reimbursement.

What happens after I register?

Hotel
– Disney will email you a hotel confirmation code. Download the MyDisney App and use the confirmation code for a smooth check-in process, room key access, and other resources.
– For security purposes, non-escrowed Locals and Honored Attendees will receive a call from the International to obtain credit card information. If you have not heard from us after 5 days of your submission, please call the International.

Air Travel
– You will receive an email from allyssa@spfpa.org with instructions to contact AAA Travel to arrange your airline reservation.
