SPFPA International Telephone System Updated

The International Union now has a “new” automated telephone system. This change was made due to our previous carrier no longer providing service. The new system, although it takes some getting used to, has many updated features that will assist us in improving the level of service to our membership.

When you call the SPFPA International, you will be prompted to enter the parties’ extensions or us the automated names directory. Additional options are available when calling the President's Office, Financial Secretary's Office or the Organizing Department. For you convenience in getting accustomed to using the new system, listed is a staff/extension directory.

The new phone system also has the ability to transfer calls to your respective Vice President's office and/or cell phone. This feature will assist in directing calls to the appropriate person quickly, and will save you and your members from having to make an additional call.

Please extend patience and consideration to the International Staff during this transition period as we implement the new phone system appreciate your cooperation in this matter and look forward to speaking with you.
